For the CQM CMS123v5, the patient xml generated for importing has only an ICD9-CM for the Diabetes Nephropathy diagnosis (250.41). The xml does not have the SNOMED 401110002. On the Patient Information page on Cypress 3.1.0 It shows the ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, and the SNOMED-CT for this diagnosis. Also, the HTML version for this patient is showing all three codes. Why are all three codes not in the xml.
