Question
Major For ONC 2015 Edition,
EH measure CMS114V4 failed for 3 test products.As per HTML definition ,my script seems fine.
For Device applied dates given are : 2 dates as AM and 1 date as PM.
So mentioned patient satisfies AND NOT condition.So, it's not eligible for Numerator condition.
Other 2 tests also have same issue.

Below link also indicates Numerator count mismatch.I dont think it's resolved.

We are currently writing up guidance for this issue. Since this issue is being caused by a discrepancy in the measure logic (i.e. the measure logic does not match the measure intent) it will be acceptable to report this patient in the Numerator (consistent with the measure logic) or in the Denominator (consistent with the measure intent). The official guidance will be posted here when it is ready.
