Value Set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.222 has a different category than Templates []

      I am receiving the following error while validating a file against the Cypress Validation Utility:
      Value Set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.222 has a different category than Templates []

      I am using the settings:
      2015 Bundle for the 2016 Reporting Period
      HQR - EHR
      QRDA Cat I (R3)

      CMS 109v4 has the following data criteria:
      Attribute: "Route: Intravenous route" using "Intravenous route SNOMEDCT Value Set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.222)"
      Code 418114005 does exist in value set 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.222

      My QRDA Cat 1 XML contains the following entry which is causing this error:
