Hi, I am trying to figure out the value we need to put for doseQuantity tag in Medication Activity 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.16. Let us consider few cases:

Case 1:
Patient A is given a dose of 25 mg of Tamoxifen for 5 days. The doctor advised him to consume two 12.5 mg of Tamoxifen twice a day. In this case will the value of the tag be 2 or 1 ?
For e.g. <doseQuantity value="2" unit="mg"/>

Case 2:
Patient A is given a tablet of 185 mg of a combined dose of Tamoxifen and Aromatase for 5 days. The doctor advised him to consume two 12.5 mg of that tablet twice a day. In this case will the value of the doseQuantity tag ?
