Patient 'TWO N N GP Adult' not present in the IPP for 'Problem' filter

      This is regarding CMS22v4 C4 filter test case for Problems. Cypress shows the count as 4 for IPP, DENOM and DENEX. Our system is showing 5 for the same.

      The Problem filter in the Test Case is 'Diagnosis of hypertension (code: 2.16.840.1.113883.3.600.263)'.

      Why is the patient 'TWO N N GP Adult' not in the IPP?
