Manual Entry - Medication, Ordered not complete for CMS22v4 measure

      For ONC 2015 edition,On Cypress 3.0.2,For manual entry getting error as "medication order not complete".
      Steps followed given below :
      I have filled all manual data codes and then uploaded files to Cypress 3.0.2 but got the error as 'medication order not complete' .I've attached screenshots from Cypress 3.0.2 for error occurred and code for medication template and complete measure file for the EP CMS22v4 measure.
      Earlier,On cypress 3.0.1 we were not able to see the result for the uploaded files for manual entry ,we were getting "500- error".
      Also referred issue from ticket "CYPRESS-744",There is comment as :
      Fixed in Cypress v3.0.1

      It's not fixed in 3.0.2 version.Please check and reply ASAP.
