What we're doing is performing automated unit tests on our logic. We're doing this by looking up the pt in the records collection and finding the relevant expectedValues. We're not sure why cypress has put the attach pt qrda in stratification 2 while our logic puts it in 1. There is a principal psych diagnosis during an ed visit, but the ed visit doesn't end within 1 hour or concurrent to start of the in patient encounter; it's hours before. We can change the logic to check the ed visit anyway, but I'm not sure how that keeps the "story" intact - an ed visit with a psych diagnosis half a year earlier could cause issues, right? Any help sorting this out would be appreciated, I feel that I may not fully understand the strata.
