c1 manual entry test not accurately displaying test results

      We've updated the UI to make this section more clear. There are now two separate subsections, one for the "Data Verification" which checks the presence of data in the QRDA and the "Upload Results" section which verifies that the QRDA is compliant with the Base IG. Each of these can have "Pass/Fail" status independent of the other, but overall C1 status requires both to be Passing.
