When testing Manual Entry for CMS 69, Cypress expects the user to document “Medication, Order: Above Normal Medications” with an attribute reason of “Overweight”. When the user submits a QRDA I file containing this information, Cypress produces an error saying the Medication value set with Overweight attribute is missing. The text of the error is "Missing or Duplicate Files. CMS69v4 - medication, ordered not complete".

Gold standard patient 1 N GP Adult also has the same “Medication, Order: Above Normal Medication” data element with the “Overweight” attribute. If I upload this patient’s “Known Good Result” XML into the manual entry test it also produces the Cypress error. This suggests that Cypress is not evaluating this template and attribute correctly in Manual Entry.

The issue seems limited to Manual Entry. The “Known Good Result” XML for 1 N GP Adult does not produce this error when testing C2.
