1. We have successfully Installed Cypress 3.0, added a Vendor within Cypress 3.0 interface, added a Product with eCQMeasures.
Now,clicking on the Vendor name on Dashboard page the error page appears - Server error.

2. Is a Validation Utility available through Cypress 3.0 applicable only to attest 2016 bundle for 2017 Reporting Period. Does the Validation Utility is OK for both EP and EH measures?

3. If the Validation Utility available through Cypress 3.0 interface doesn't fit to attest 2015 bundle for 2016 Reporting Period, do i need to use this (https://cypressvalidator.healthit.gov/) online service than?
