We are testing with Cypress 3.0 alpha 6. For CMS-69, we are receiving 2 errors for patient 2 N GP ADULT and 1 error for patient 5 N HEART. The errors are as follows and related to a missing valueset and subsequent evaluation:

2 N GP ADULT:
Cannot find expected entry with templateId = 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.59 with valueset 2.16.840.1.113883.3.600.1.681

Calculated value (0.0) for DENEX (9B4C903A-3B7F-4423-98BD-BC7F1DF340E1) does not match expected value (1.0)

5 N HEART:
Calculated value (0.0) for DENEX (9B4C903A-3B7F-4423-98BD-BC7F1DF340E1) does not match expected value (1.0)

These patients contain the Procedure Order template for Palliative Care (valueset 2.16.840.1.113883.3.600.1.1579), which satisfies the Denominator Exclusion outcome. Since this template is sufficient to achieve this outcome, we do not put additional data in the document (i.e. the Physical Exam Performed template Cypress is looking for) due to Smoking Gun criteria. We believe these patients should still evaluate to a denominator exclusion outcome and should be accepted without the additional template.

Can you confirm if this will be updated by the final version of Cypress 3.0 we will use for certification this year?
