I am using Cypress 2.7.0 Test Data Bundle.
I have two queries related to missing templated Ids in hqmf R2 files of measures.

1. HQMF R2 template ids are missing in few of the criteria's for few measures of 2015.

For Example,
HQMF R2 of CMS147v5
line 835, refers to a Diagnostic, Active with local variable value of "OccurrenceAofIntolerancetoInfluenzaVaccine_DiagnosisActive_sSrGs"
This doesn't have a template Id, and such examples are existing in few places of the same measure as well as other measures of 2015 version.

How do we identify the action performed, and determine the criteria/pattern without a template id assigned to it.

2. Also where can I get the HQMF R2 template Ids for attributes like "Discharge status", "Length of Stay", etc.
