I am having the same problem as described in Cypress-418. I am using Cypress 2.6.0. Peter Wayne wrote in his comment to Cypress 418 "I changed the coding to conform to the HL7 Implementation Guide for CDA Release 2, QRDA - Category III, DSTU Release 1. dated November 2012, and my QRDA level III file passes Cypress." I looked in that document and based on it I switched my Payment Type code system to Source of Payment Typology codeSystem="2.16.840.1.113883.3.221.5" but I still get error messages. What must I do?

My errorr messages are:

• expected supplemental data for IPP PAYER 349 value [7] does not match reported supplemental data value []
• expected supplemental data for DENOM PAYER 349 value [7] does not match reported supplemental data value []
• expected supplemental data for NUMER PAYER 349 value [1] does not match reported supplemental data value []
• expected supplemental data for DENEXCEP PAYER 349 value [1] does not match reported supplemental data
value []
