The test patient "GP_Geriatric" should be in numerator for CMS90, but he's not showing on Cypress website.
This patient has a "Functional Status, Result: Functional Status Assessment for Heart Failure" on the same day as "Encounter, Performed: Office Visit" on 02/01/2013
and
another "Functional Status, Result: Functional Status Assessment for Heart Failure" on the same day as "Encounter, Performed: Office Visit" on 06/01/2013
Follow by the logic, this patient should be in the numerator, however the result on Cypress website shows the other way.
Is there any reason the result showing this way?
