Patient test data is not making sense

      Nirvish, the ability to generate those records will be removed in the coming update. To generate CAT I tests you will need to first generate an EP or EH test and then generate the cat I tests from there. It will no longer be possible to create those kinds of records.

    • Implementation Problem

      We generated test patient data for Measure - CMS 165 - NQF 0018 and others from cchit.cypress.org
      For CMS 165 test data, one encounter has encounter performed date as Feb 8th 1984. the same encounter has procedure performed Dialysis services - April 16th 1987 and Diagnosis - CKD stage 5 on Oct 28th 1985.
      I fail to understand how you can include a future diagnosis in an encounter or a future procedure (performed - not ordered).
      I am facing similar issues in other measures (9 core Adult recommended) as well.
