additional stratum for all ED measures in the result ket attached

      The additional column is for the unstratified results. For NQF 0495 for example, the 0495a column is for the unstratified results and columns 0495b, 0495c, and 0495d are for the three reporting strata. The QRDA Category III file needs to include the unstratified results and as well as results for each reporting stratum.

    • Implementation Problem

      All ED measures have an additional stratum in the result key where as these strata are not seen in the measure HTML file.Please clarify
