We are using Cypress (version 2.4.1 and measure bundle 2.4.0)
When validating QRDA Cat III and Cat I xml files in Cypress tool, we are getting errors. As per the logic those are not the errors. When we posted the same in the cypress google groups, they are saying that those are known issues which is causing lot of confusion among the team.

We are not sure whether the logic we applied to generate these xml files is correct or wrong until we confirm from the cypress google groups.

Please suggest a way to know what are the known issues that are already there in JIRA tracker.
