Hello. I used Cypress to generate test data for CM138, Tobacco Screening and Prevention. 8 patients were generated. None of the generated XML files showed any evidence of screening. One file showed a medication order for tobacco cessation, but I believe that screening is part of the cms138 requirement, and that counseling (as opposed to medication) would also count. I think that some of the generated files should show examples of screening and at least one example of counseling would be helpful.
