We are currently using the HTML patient data from Cypress tool (v2.4.1) and entering it via our EHR system. When we try to upload the generated Category I files for the sample list of patients to Cypress, we are getting below validation errors:

1) Cypress is validating the encounter codes based on different value set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.600.1920) as opposed to the value set given in the patient HTML file (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1001). Both value sets have the CPT code ‘99201’ for office visit encounters though.

2) Similar issue for hypertension diagnosis codes, Cypress is validating the diagnosis codes based on different value set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.600.263) as opposed to the value set given in the patient HTML file (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.104.12.1016). Both value sets have the diagnosis code ‘401.1’ for hypertension.
