Test deck for CQM 002 includes RX Norm 105152. This code is not available through First Data Bank and from what I can see this med/strength form combination is not available for sale.

Is it acceptable to substitute another strength/form if needed for certification?

I have emailed NLM RxNorm Information to confirm if this RXNorm code will be inactivated.
