All cypress exported patients have active diabetic retinopathy as their diagnosis which according to the emeasure are denominator exclusions. It then calculates these patients as being in the denominator and for two of the patients in the numerator.

According to the emeasure, all the patients should be excluded and thus the calculation presented by cypress is incorrect.
