While validation of QRDA 1 Category File for CQM90, It Requires 4 Encounter Templates, but actually two Encounters meet criteria out of 4, Population is same as required for Denominator,Denominator Exclusions and Numerator.

As per guide i believe we need to include those data in QRDA1 XML File which only meets criteria of Data elements.

All related document which need to investigate the issue are attached i.e Patient data, related CQM90 and cypress error image.
