The HTML & JSON version of the test data shows a SNOMED result for the Risk Category Assessment: Adolescent Depression Screening, but the result is not recorded in the QRDA file. This is effecting our testing outcome, since the 'Negative Depression Screening' is being used to determine the numerator. If we are importing QRDA CAT I files, wouldn't this information need to be present?
