Hi,

I am receiving the various error messages across a few files in my submission for CMS1017 that all read something like "Risk Variable Encounter with Liver Disease Moderate to Severe Present on Admission - Not Found in File". I have done some troubleshooting into the files comparing them to the imports and cannot find any significant differences between the diagnoses present and in all cases can confirm that the diagnosis that is allegedly missing is present in the uploaded QRDA1. The only difference I can find is that the files that flag this error happen to have the following discharge disposition in the test deck file:

<sdtc:dischargeDispositionCode code="10161009" codeSystem="2.16.840.1.113883.6.96" codeSystemName="SNOMEDCT"/>

When I add this to the upload files, they all pass, however this is concerning because there is no discharge disposition valueset/drc for this measure nor does this code "10161009" exist in the 2026 VSAC group. I will upload the import and export files for reference, please let me know if you need anything else from me!
