    • Other EC eCQMs - Eligible Clinicians Question

The CMS 137 specifications mention authorDateTime of the medication to be considered as the order date for the medication in the numerator criteria, which our EHR system calculates to be [medication prescription date +  duration and refills]. However, patients who have medication prescribed on the start date of the medication (prescription date) have been failing the numerator criteria because the duration is being added to it to calculate the authordatetime, which cypress considers for qualifying the patient for numerator. We wanted to check if Cypress not considering the medication start date as the numerator is a bug. Because the end date will have the duration of medication added to it, which is causing patients to fail, who must qualify.
