We have several measures (both EH and EC) that are failing QRDA 3 certification with incorrect counts for the sex supplemental data elements.  We have determined the reason this is occurring is do to deduplication of patients that differ in their sex.  Is there any guidance on how we are supposed to select which gender to use when merging patient records where this data element is different?
