Hi David,

After upgrading Cypress to Cypress 7.4.0, we are observing a conformity error when the gender is unknown <administrativeGenderCode nullFlavor="UNK"/>. This is happening for MP 2025 measures.

We are aware that for 2026, gender has changed from ONC Administrative Sex (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1) to Federal Administrative Sex (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1021.121). However, the change is for 2026 and not 2025 and for both 2025 and 2026 administrativeGenderCode nullFlavor="UNK"/> is allowed. 

What would be the reason we are seeing the below error? (Sample file attached - 7890014_122_QRDA1.xml)
