We have recently updated from Cypress 7.3.1 (which had been working without issue) to Cypress 7.4.0. We did a fresh install for Cypress 7.4.0.

After generating and downloading test decks for both EH and EC, we are finding that there are patients with malformed XML code. This appears to always be related to the 
administrativeGenderCode in the duplicate patients with the "incorrect" name:

This is for both EC and EH and it doesn't seem to be restricted to any measure(s) that we can find so far. Thus far we have only been testing for the 2025 reporting year.
 
We have tried deleting the products, creating new products, then creating new test decks, but we are getting similar results.
