I am having some numerator issues for the attached patient. I find a different "First SUD Episode During Measurement Period" than expected. 

For this definition, I find two potential matches: 

• CPT 99202 on 10-14
• SNOMEDCT 4525004 on 09-14

I take the first of these which is 09-14 and find no numerator hits for this SUD episode. The expected result is Num = true for both rate 1 and rate 2, which is only true for the episode on 10-14. Could you clarify why the first SUD episode should NOT be the 09-14 episode?
