I uploaded the QRDA I files for the CMS1218v1 test and I am getting the error in the first attachment.  I navigated to the View Patients and selected the patient that the error indicated and Cypress gave me the error in the second screenshot.  The same thing happens when I go to the master patient list and select the patient.  The patient name in the master list is "CMS1218 1".
