      Currently

The RecordSample for the OP-40 eCQM is generating the "type" attribute for the AllergyIntolerance QDM element. This seems incorrect, since even though "type" is a valid attribute of AllergyIntolerance QDM element, the OP-40 eCQM does not include the type attribute with the AllergyIntolerance QDM element. As a result, we cannot export the type attribute for the AllergyIntolerance QDM element in the QRDA CAT I file.

If the "type" attribute is included in the RecordSample for AllergyIntolernace QDM, we would not be able to pass certification because we cannot export this attribute in QRDA CAT I as it is not used in the eCQM calculation.

      Expected

"type" attribute should not be included in the RecordSample for OP-40 for the AllergyIntolerance QDM element since it is not used in the eCQM and therefore cannot be exported in our QRDA CAT I xml files.
