Hello i've noticed that the patient, "Ivan Underwood" that you guys staged for CMS165V11 is put only in the denominator but not in the numerator. While reading the html of that patient it shows that his blood pressure meets the requirements to be in the numerator and he does have "Essential Hypertension" so he should be in both denominator/numerator. Why is he only in the Denominator? Also looking at the blood results of the patient I see both blood works have the same time frame as well so it's hard to depict which one is the latest blood results:
