I keep getting error: Calculated value (0) for DENEX (E12607B8-2F74-4528-9A0D-EBC9AA6392F8) does not match expected value (1), everytime I upload to cypress for measure CMS122V11 for two patients. These 2 patients should be excluded from denominator because they have a palliative encounter with ICD10 code Z51.5. I've checked our database and even the xml and it does contain the values to exclude it yet it's not getting excluded from the Denominator. What can be wrong? I have attached the zip of the patients to which im getting the errors
