We have identified data issue in QRDA file for Patient name Jessica Lucas in the cypress test deck for CMS156v12.
There is data mismatch for Refills. On cypress UI, Refills value is 1 but in Patient's QRDA file, refills value is 2.
As a result, Patient is qualifying for Numerator as per data present in QRDA file.

Expected output on cypress- Patient should qualify for IPP and Denominator.
