For CMS1024v1 (CY2023) - PC-07 - eCQM, the manual test has a QDM element (Encounter Performed) whose one attribute we cannot get it to pass despite trying many different solutions. See screenshot below. I have attached the exported test file from our product which we are uploading (as a zip) for this eCQM.

I'm not sure what the issue might be. One thing that seems incorrect, is that the attribute of the encounter performed is "diagnosis" but the value set is not a diagnosis value set, it is a sub-attribute of the encounter performed diagnosis attribute called - "Present on Admission = No or Unable To Determine". If the attribute is diagnosis, shouldn't the value set be related to a valid diagnosis value set? I don't see any diagnosis value set, so I'm using a diagnosis code from the "Severe Maternal Morbidity Diagnoses" value set, and including 2 diagnoses, one primary and one secondary in the encounter one of them has a present on admission = N.

Can you help us understand if we are doing something wrong, if this might be a potential issue with the valueset generated by Cypress for the diagnosis attribute or something else?

      Thanks!
