Hey everyone - 

Noticing an issue when trying to get CMS22v11 passing in Cypress 7.0.6. It looks like the IPOP & DENOM values are 110, but there are only 65 patients in the Test Deck. When we run our logic, we get only 55 patients in the IPOP/DENOM. What's more - is we're getting no errors on Race/Ethnicity/Gender for this measure. It makes it look like IPOP/DENOM = 55 is expected. Am I missing something here? Is this a bug on Cypress's side? Any and all feedback is appreciated.
