If a negation=true attribute was associated with Medication, Order (which would make it medication not ordered) then it would work fine since Medication, Not Ordered is defined in the eCQM.

EH/CAH eCQMs Question
Note - Jira did not allow me to submit this item under the "Cypress Issue Tracker" project. I kept getting an error that "assignee is not authorized...", therefore submitting as an eCQM issue Tracket, but I believe this is a Cypress specific issue not eCQM specific.
In Cypress 7.0.5, for the C1 + C3 test, for STK-5 eCQM (CMS72v11), we are getting a record sample which includes an entry for "Medication Order". Note - there is no negation.
However, in the CMS72 eCQM, there is no data criteria for "Medication Order". The only data criteria available is Medication, Not Ordered for Antithrombotic Therapy.
When our system creates a QRDA CAT I export, it does not export data that is not defined in the Data Criteria, since it would not be relevant to the eCQM (smoking gun). Therefore, we are not able to pass the C1 + C3 test for this eCQM for this measure.
If a negation=true attribute was associated with Medication, Order (which would make it medication not ordered) then it would work fine. But in its current state, I'm not sure how QRDA files exported from a system can meet this item since it is not a valid data criterion for this eCQM.
I have not seen this issue before with this eCQM or have not come across a similar issue in any other eCQM where the record sample includes data for a criterion that is not defined in the eCQM.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this item.
