My organization is using Cypress version 7.0.4.  I have been attempting to validate our code for c1 (QRDA 1) for CMS 156 but one patient is not passing, 14 1 GP Geriatric.  Even when I copy paste the XML that Cypress provides, and submit it back to Cypress, I get the same errors:

Calculated value (0) for NUMER (35C1118F-EBF8-470F-8B70-150CB04435AA) does not match expected value (1)
Calculated value (0) for NUMER (E384D9B0-6AD6-45BC-B562-A57E46FC1E90) does not match expected value (1)

I am attaching the XML for this patient (Bobbie Munoz).  I would appreciate any guidance as to what might be wrong.
