Hi, 

In our QRDA I file for the sample patient on CQM 122v10, we have an entry for "Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy - Palliative Care Questionnaire (FACIT-Pal)" with a code 71007-9.

But when we upload the file, the assessment performed isn't being met. 

Would you know why this is?
