For CMS22v11 when we have attempt to calculate a score for  patient Z30 GP Adult the results show only in the NUM only (Not in DENOM EXCEPTION).  We have all data in our database to satisfy both the NUM & DENOM EXCEPTION.    We are treating these as two separate episodes and other patients with multiple episodes are calculating correctly. 

When we manually remove the data for the NUM episode the patient will fall in the DENOM EXCEPTION. 

We are not sure how to proceed at this point.  Can you confirm everything is OK in the attached patient to calculate correctly both the NUM & DENOM EXCEPTION?
