Hello,

We are getting a patient that Cypress is reporting as not in Denominator Exceptions while the data appears to show that they should be in the Denominator Exceptions for CMS135v11.

The patient is in the Denominator and has a "ACE Inhibitor or ARB or ARNI" Medication Order with a valid Negation Reason that falls under "Patient Reason for ACE Inhibitor or ARB Decline".

To us it looks like a bug but please let us know if we are missing something.

I attached the patients outputted QRDA files and a screenshot of the patient data with Cypress's highlighting showing it does not appear to be counting the negation reason.
