CAT 1 Validation for CMS 56v2 / FSAHip

      For CMS 56 (FSA for Hip Replacement ) and CMS 66 (FSA Knee) we are getting errors from Cypress v2.4.0 with Test Deck v2.4.0 stating that patient B ,GP_Geriatric should have 4 Functional Status Results for each measure:
      Expected to find 4 entries with templateId 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.28

      The problem is this patient has two FSA for the HIP and two FSA for the Knee. It looks like the validation is requiring the two for the Knee and it should not when submitting CMS 56 (HIP) and the two for the Hip when validating CMS 66 (Knee). The knee FSA valueSet of 2.16.840.1.113883.464.1003.118.12.1030 does not appear in the Govt Spec for CMS 56 and should not be required to pass QRDA Cat validation for this measure. The same goes for CMS 66.

      Could you please provide an explanation?
