I have Cypress 7.0.3 running in a Kubernetes cluster, using the Docker image obtained from the latest image [here|https://hub.docker.com/r/projectcypress/cypress/tags.] The K8s instance has 8 CPUs and at least 4GB of RAM, and the MongoDB database is in a separate instance.

When I create a new product with 13 eCQMs, and I click on Add Product and then once that's done, click on the product; after a short time it comes back with an error "One or more of the product tests did not build correctly." as shown in the attached screenshot. This is repeatable.

It does this regardless of which bundle or eCQMs I choose. I am unable to run any tests at all because I cannot download the full test deck. This is urgent because we need to attest for the Cures act soon and cannot do it without a working Cypress.
