We are doing a re-certification. I'm logged into https://cypress.healthit.gov/vendors

I started with CMS75

1) On C1 I'm getting a lots of errors. SOmething like:

SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] templateId (CONF:4509-28498) such that it SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.135" (CONF:4509-28503). SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @extension="2021-08-01" (CONF:4509-28887).

Is there a new specification for 2021/2022 reporting that I should use for the above issues?

We had already passed 2020 last year.

2) On C3 I'm getting the following error:

C3 Execution: An internal error occurred (Errored validating textCMS75.xml: undefined method `population_sets' for nil:NilClass on /vendor/bundle/ruby/2.7.0/gems/cqm-validators-4.0.2/lib/performance_rate_validator.rb:20:in `block in validate')

Any idea what I should do?
