According to CQM-5511, CMS129v11 should use SNOMED CT code 254292007 instead of SNOMED CT code 258232002 for cancer staging, because the latter code was inactivated by IMO. This is a direct reference code, so we cannot map this to more than one code in our infrastructure. As of Cypress 7.0.2, test cases are still referencing the old code.

Can you update Cypress test cases to follow this recommendation or confirm that we are expected to fail the test cases in this case?
