I am trying to certify for CMS142v11 and I have several patients that are supposed to be making the Denominator Exception but are failing to do so.  The reason, I believe, is the valueset in the code attribute for the Communication, Not Performed element is incorrect:

I think the highlighted valueset is supposed to be 2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1283.

The template for this patient is '4 N Eye' and does not appear to have this same issue as the code attribute has the actual code.
