We have a few failures for QRDA 1 in Cypress, and we have determined the problem is that some blood pressure readings which do not have a Relevant Date Time, the test harness is expecting <effectiveTime nullFlavor="UNK">. However we have an actual date value that is making the test fail. See screenshot (of our QRDA) and XML file attached.

We are mapping the authorDateTime as the relevantDateTime (if it is absent), which makes the test fail.

Is this a necessary check for the test harness, or do we need to make changes to our logic?
