Cypress C1 test errors out on a CMS-50 numerator patient. We are running into the same as documented in CYPRESS-2398 - it seems like the newest patch did not fully resolve the issue since we are running on 7.0.1 with the patch installed.

We are only getting the error for this one patient ("B GP Adult"). Our guess is that this is specific to the “Communication Performed” template and has similar issues on namespaces.
