I created a product in Cypress including C1.  The randomized data elements included a Device Applied element from measure 144 (Cardiac Pacer).  I used test patients from the C1/C2+C3 test to pass the C1 requirement.  One of those patients has the correct Device Applied element (Z30 Heart Adult).  Yet uploading their QRDA1 does not indicate that this data element is present.  I tried uploading the QRDA1 that Cypress provides for this patient, and it still doesn't work.  I'm wondering if this could be a bug in Cypress.
