Receiving Missing or Duplicate Files Error when cypress test executed for CMS154 measure

      Hi,

      i am trying to upload some sample QRDA CAT I files into cypress for testing a measure CMS 154. Post uploading CAT I zip file, receiving an error that all participatns information not available in archive and as well Zero records in zip file. The input file has 7 individual patients CAT I files, however the above error is being thrown.
